Christian Preschool

Providing young children a place where they can rejoice and grow in God's grace.
Servant Schoolhouse Preschool is a Christian ministry for our congregation and an outreach to the surrounding community. Our school provides Early Childhood education to young children in a Christ-filled atmosphere where they can rejoice and grow in God’s grace.
Our developmentally appropriate curriculum is based on the Word of God. Daily curriculum is designed through a multitude of activities based on play that fosters creative expression and world discovery. We work to develop important pre-reading skills such as phonics, sequencing, and number and letter recognition. Our program emphasizes self-help skills and problem solving techniques as well as developing friendships and positive social skills. Throughout each preschool day the children are encouraged to grow closer to Jesus and learn more about Christian life. The educational curriculum enhances the child spiritually, emotionally, cognitively, physically and socially.

Hello PreK Families and Community! My name is Christa Akindumila. I have a passion for teaching, love for children, and a deep-rooted belief in their potential. As an experienced classroom teacher of 6 years and former Dean of Culture for a PreK-8 school, I'm dedicated to fostering growth in all areas of a child's life. Join me on this journey of learning and discovery - spiritually, intellectually, socially, and emotionally! I am a Bethel University graduate with a license in Elementary Education and Endorsement in Pre-Primary. I currently reside in the Maple Grove/Champlin community with my husband (Ayo) and son (Titus)- that we had a few months ago! I love being active outside and spending time with family and friends! I am excited to partner with you to inspire young minds together!
