Life with anxiety sometimes makes small events seem far larger than they actually are, so when these large problems do take hold everything seems to fall apart. One thing that many people hold onto is the saying, “Everything happens for a reason.” While in some situations this may be true, I’d like to offer a more accurate statement, “When life get’s hardest, God gives you a purpose.”
