If you have FREE items to give away: Set up is from 2:30 - 3 p.m. (fill your trunk with free items)
If you are shopping: Shopping is from 3 - 4 p.m.
People who are gifting items from their trunk must remain for the whole event. Those who are coming to shop for free can come and to as they want.
